PDRF was founded by a Florida-based professional with experience in regulated financial services, stakeholder engagement, strategic development, and institution building to establish a formal nonprofit organization focused on advancing progress across parasitic diseases, neglected tropical diseases, antimicrobial resistance, and the systems needed to support durable scientific and public health outcomes.
